3. Solid background and training in areas where technical expertise, administration, organization, interpersonal

communication, motivation, and management are required.

4. Tested experience in hospital settings with the ability to put patients at ease, make them comfortable when

they are feeling anxious, and elicit cooperation from people under less than ideal circumstances.
