MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

A. DUTY:             

Manage the whole installation progress, quality of installation, projects safety to reach the target.

–             Control the progress of shop work, purchase, production, transportation to meet the requirements of the projects.

–             Manage the projects budget, control the projects expenses to ensure optimally the effectiveness of using capital.

–             Represent the company to communicate, exchange information, attend the meeting and meet the projects requirements from party A.

–             Control and prevent risks leading to failure projects in progress, quality, safety.

–             The other tasks assigned.

B. AUTHORITY:

–             Coordinate with the Project Department, Erection Department to select personnel for the projects.

–             Require relevant departmet to provide the report of finished tasks.

–             Represent the company to communicate, inform, unify progress, quality, arising task for party A.

–             Propose the Board of Directors to support the team to meet the progress, quality and image of the project if exceeding the budget.

–             Propose alternative scheme to ensure that the projects is completed on schedule, quality and safety.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

–      Background: University of Civil or Mechanical.

–             Have at least 05 years about Project Management, steel structure.

–             Good English communication

–             Knowledgeable of ISO system

–             Handle the situation assertively and follow company’s regulations

–             Office computer skill and softwares….

–      Characteristics: Honest, careful, enthusiastic at work, eager to learn and have progressive spirit. Make plan and assign work for employees to accomplish company’s target.
